Who I am, roughly

I'm Richard Huang. I study math and computer science, and I sometimes take photos for fun. This site is where I keep the things I make and think about, and it's the easiest way to reach me.

Math came first, very early, around elementary school. Programming came later, during middle school, along with the rise of AI.

Photography, however, is different. It is simply something I pursue as a passion. I am not a professional, so I photograph whatever is in front of me, and only that (mostly landscapes), on a Hasselblad X2D I bought in January 2025. I like that camera a lot.

I play the drums, and I used to play the piano.

Writing is another way I find out what I actually think. Everything on the blog is written by me, by hand, and stamped with the exact second it went live. If I'm wrong, you'll know exactly when (feel free to tell me anything that's wrong so I can fix it ASAP).
